Observation
Staff were not aware of missing child until approximetly 20-30 minutes after Director received a phone call from the parent that child had walked home. Staff and children had left classroom and went to playground for a short period of time and then returned to the classroom. Child likely went missing during this transistion. Staff was not aware of what child was doing at all times.
